So es ist soweit !!! Wir sind 3D ready 🙂

Mein S3D Videogehäuse ist fertig gestellt. Wir waren schon zweimal im Schwimmbad um diverse Tests zu machen.
Jetzt geht es bald auf nach Ägypten um den ersten S3D Film zu drehen.

Das Gehäuse ist mit 4 Lampen im Süßwasser neutral ( leicht negativ )  und super händelbar.

Ein erstes S3d Video habe ich auch schon mit dem Stereo Movie Maker ( SMM ) erstellt und das Ergebnis in HD ist echt der Hammer.

Ein Video vom Testtauchgang gibt es auch schon, dazu haben wir erstmalig das eva-marine VF7 Leichtgehäuse für die Sony HDR FX7 benutzt.

This is a hand-build universal Underwaterhousing containing two Canon HF100 HD video cameras with four satellite lights producing 300W of light for 70 minutes total. Two of the satellites have 60 degree reflectors, the other two have 80 and 100 degrees respectively.

The rig weighs in, at 20.4 Kg and is buoyant / neutral while underwater.
It took 2 months to complete the S3D project.
The casing is made of anodised aluminium which was lathed by hand.
The camera is operated via magnetic reed contacts. They control the IR remote in the left case, which in turn transmits it wireless to the right case, where it is converted back to IR signals operating the right camera.
